MEDITATE
Most of us know by now that meditation is a good thing. We know it can reduce anxiety and help prevent the recurrence of depression. Meditation quiets your thinking mind, allowing you to connect to yourself in a deeper more intuitive way. It supports inspired thought and the highest vision for your life, allows you to appreciate yourself and others and sleep more soundly. Each time you sit, your practice dissolves stress, tension and disease and helps your body and mind to heal. It is powerful stuff and we know that setting aside time to unplug and tune in is beneficial to our lives. But most of us also know that’s easier said than done. So this is your little nudge to put on those headphones, turn your phone to Do Not Disturb and settle on in.
